1) How long will the delivery duration takes?
Under normal conditions, you can expect delivery 1-3 working days after you place your order. Your subsequent deliveries will arrive at monthly intervals thereafter.
We are pleased to provide standard delivery at no additional cost to subscribers.
You can track the estimated dispatch time of your order online. Please note, dispatch times are estimates and are not guaranteed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your order within 10 working days of the delivery date given, please get in touch with our Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org
If your order arrives damaged or defective in any way then please contact our Customer Care at email@example.com with photos proof of product damages as soon as possible to arrange a return. We reserve the right to inspect the product and determine whether the item is defective. If we can confirm damage or defect on your order, you will receive a replacement.
You can legally cancel and return your subscription order within 3 working days of placing it, if the products haven’t been dispatched. If dispatched, a refund will be issued for returned items unopened and unused.

2) Can I still shop online without a subscription?
Yes, all products available within our subscription packages can be purchased individually.
3) How can I pay for my subscription?
We accept credit and debit cards, and process payments via PayPal. Read more about our Payment Methods.
4) How can I get my free AirsPops device?
Your subscription includes a FREE device base with your choice of subscription plan. You will receive it together with your first subscription month’s delivery. You will get free AIRSCREAM merchandise upon completing your subscription.
5) Can I change my subscription?
Yes, you can change the number of packs and you can change your flavour selections entirely, as long as you are still ordering enough packs to qualify for a subscription plan. You can also update the order date, your address and payment details to reflect any changes since. You can make these changes at any time by contacting Customer Services.
6) How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your email account, go to View your order then find the subscription you'd like to cancel and click on Cancel. If you have more than one subscription, you will need to do the same for any others you'd like to cancel. You should receive a confirmation email regarding the cancellation.
