All data processed by AgeChecked is subject to appropriate security protocols, with periodic reviews conducted to ensure data is not retained longer than necessary. Occasionally, the age verification process may fail or be referred. In such cases, we may request additional details such as passport or driving licence information from you to manually verify your details against relevant databases. If you prefer not to provide this information, we can cancel and refund your order.
If you encounter difficulties verifying your details through the instructions provided, please refer to the following guidelines:
- Check your email, including your junk folder, for a message from AgeChecked containing a verification link.
- Once verified, your order will be processed and dispatched. Future orders will not require re-verification as long as you log into your account as usual and your details remain unchanged.
